i just bought a '94 prelude vtech last week and i want to replace the speakers. i have 6.5's to put in the doors. i also have a spare pair of 6x9's that i was considering trying to get in the rear deck. is this a good idea, or should i stay with 6.5's in the rear too?

u bought a vtec not a vtech, vtech makes phones not motors..

but unless u feel bold enough to start cutting away at your deck and panel then go for the 6x9's--but your trunk may not close cause of the bars

Since you have such a small cabin volume I would say skip the rear speakers totally. Stick a nice set of comps up front, maybe put an amp to them, nuff said. Rear fill is not really something to worry about.
