Question about pulleys

Currently, I have an AEM CAI, DC SPORTS HEADER, and DC Sports Exhaust..........I was wondering, what kind of power gains will I experience from a set of AEM Pullies? Also, what about some Type S Camshafts, or Roller Cams? Anyone know the kind of power gains?
