my g/f's brother got a RSX and he wants to lower it. i don't know much about the new suspension set-up and was i know it is a somewhat dumb question but when lowering it do you have to replace the shocks/struts also like the integra or can you just put new springs on? will the shocks/struts blow out or is it differnet? any help would be good.

yes you can leave the stock shocks/struts on, shouldn't be any harm to the car if you don't replace them.

if u get the aftermarket springs on the oem strut, the ride is stiff but it may be bumpy sometime.

I got ground controls and i dropped with the stock struts on it til both back and front is tucked. ( called slammed i guess ) The ride is rough on bumbs but i use to own a crx slammed with all 4 struts blown out. I drove it liek that for liek 2 years so shit, my rsx feels good haha
