Hi, I had a question regarding the imporation of a Australlian market Honda integra Type-R (Acura RSX). I've done research and I like the australlian market model better then the american (it's also alot less $$$). Is it possible for me to buy one there and have it shipped to the US?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Al

Why not just buy the real thing from Japan? Our Integra Type R has a lower rated engine than the Japanese version, no Brembo front calipers either.

There is nothing to stop you from bringing in the car, unless you want to drive it. Have no idea as to what USA has in place for car importation, but if it is anything like Australia, forget it.

yup

Well i was originally considering the au R 'cause i fly to au intervally. But as someone else was kind enough to point out, as did you, all Type Rs are not created equal. I'll be imporing from japan unless it turns out converting a type S JDM is less $$$$.
