Yes it will all bolt right in just like he said. Only you don't need a new rear muffler section (axle back). Just the new header with EX cat and midpipe.
Check and see if his cat is in front of the motor. If so you will have to do the above things and also extend the second O2 sensor wires down to the EX cat.
