i use to run a test pipe and that made a lot of HP! i based this not on how it felt, but on the results of a race with a friend. i was able to improve by a car and a 1/2 in result of the test pipe. as for the high flow cat converter, im pretty sure but it will gain some HP (2-3 to the wheel). just make sure it comes w/ an o2 sensor plug.

you can buy a racing carsound racing cat from www.ipsracing.com for about $170. or you can buy a test pipe and an o2 sensor simulator. id go with the racing cat.
