What engine are you using these injectors on? You might be able to use some vtec 2.2 prelude injectors...340cc ( cheap from a recycler)
Thanx H22...I decided on the RC310...it's just for my B20/VTEC...hopefully it'll do its job....I'm not planning any boost with my 11.5 arias. Thanx for your input!...now I'm looking for a local shop to do the energy suspension bushings...any ideas??. Thanx!
Daniel
I myself just ordered my RC 370 cc's for my H22. I am running 11:1 arias slugs myself.....sounds like we are running pretty similar set ups. Unfortunately I don't know of any shops where you could get you're bushings done. It is a pretty labour intensive process....to have a shop do it would be big bucks.
how's the 370 working out for you? MPG? Mine's still pinging a lil bit...can't wait til I brake in the engine and get it tuned properly. As for the bushings....you're right...looks like I'm gonna have to save up just for the labor...people say it's like day/night with the hyperflex though....hmmm
I just ordered them on Tuesday.....hope to get them today and have them in for the weekend. The eurethane bushings are a great idea.....I was thinking about doing my suspension while the car is parked for the winter. The project never seems to end.
wow...ya planning to install the bushings yourself!...I'd love to be able to do that....just don't have access to the hydraulic press (I tried installing the eurathane on my endlinks with my table press...just the screw type....took me like 1 hour to get the sucker off....don't want to remember how long it took to put the eurathane on....but definitely a good winter project...you'll be sweating bub!...I have a week off in November...maybe I'll go and rent a press just for the hell of it :=)

pinging results in lean a/f ratio...retard the timing or adjust the Fuel pressure. 310 is suffiecient for a b20/vtec...any higher any youll just waste gas...But in a tuning aspect your big injectors will inable finer tuning of the fuel
Jayman 320......you should still be able to tune you're a/f ratio with a V-afc....do you agree?
thanx Jayman....I guess I should have adjusted the cam gears when I switched over to the new compression (works great at +3 for intake/ +2 exhuast for the stock pistons)...didn't think much of it since I'm still babying the engine during the brake in period(haven't gone over 4.5K RPM yet). Was going to do everything on the dyno...but it's eery feeling when I'm accelerating. As for the fuel regulator...I've set it to 40...and it's pushing ~42 half OT...should I set it higher considering RC spec the injector to be 310 CC at 43#'s?...kinda new at this...thanx for your help bro!
PS...I'm almost broke but tempted to get the VFAC....do you think I should get it considering I'll be looking at 200-300 for the dyno time???...if only there's a couple more digits in my bank account...hmmmmm
Urethane bushings....pain in the ass

If you all looking to put stiffer bushings for your suspention, then you should be willing to sacrifice confort, replacing the bushing it's not that hard if you don't have the tools ( hidro press ) :D
if you have a torch, hand sander and some tubular sanders ( to use with the hand sander ) you can burn the stock ruber away and then de-burr the sleve till it exposes the metal behind it, then pull the sleve out with a neddle nose players....
after al that you can install those urethane bushings.

" if you have already have an stiff suspention and you have to travel a lot, like I do :( after you put several after market bushings, spent a few bucks on a back suport for the long ride "

Later guys....
Hi allaxul...r u sure???...sounds do able to me...installing the bushings that is...the shop want to charge something like 300 to install those bushings...I thought the hardest part was putting in the urethane....since it's stiffer than the stock...wouldn't it mean I wouldn't be able to install it into the same space without the use of a press!....as for the ride comfort....worse come to worse I'll buy a pillow for my a$$ ;=)
Can i put some H22 injectors on my GSR engine will they do much of a difference? How much should i pay for them? :p

Yes you can...a wideband o2 sensor is needed as you know as well:) Tuning should be on a dyno

If you got the money look into a HOndata EMS, its way better and it seems tuning is your current project and youre building a monster.

But a V_AFC will also do...Ive had many good experience with mine. I like how the V_AFC works and youll have good gains with it as well.

As for the injectors...there is no way to know what PSI to set it at until tuned. Since theyre bigger injectors theyll be able to handle the adj. PSI and you can go ahead and set em at the recommende RC spec
thanx bro....time to save up then...BTW...how is your project going along...any pearls of wisdoms along the way for newbies like me??

I have one...learned it well the bitter way:
DO NOT TRUST ANY BODY....I've been scammed by this guy who was supposed to install new valve springs for me ....he ended up stealing my springs and switching out my CTR's for B16 cams....f***er refused to return my phone calls and I'm damn too busy to hunt him down....kicked myself in the ass everyday for not double checking...
Since were on the topic of injector's i have have a question about my turbo project. It's a custom turbo setup with a ported out std manifold, nissan 300zx T3 turbo with an internal wastegate set at 7psi, starion BOV, and 3" down pipe. I'm planning on running 6psi intercooled daily and was wondering what injectors, fuel pump, and fpr I should use so I won't run into detonation or engine failure.
thats a good question but too bad Im not smart in the turbo section...maybe ask civperc or the turbo genuses in the FI forum

Good Luck
I tried the turbo forum. No comments.
If you call RC engineering they can tell you what the stock injector size is for you're engine. From that they can tell you how big you can go while running the stock ecu. Contact #'s are on their web page. For the fuel pump I would suggest a Walbro direct replacement high output unit.......maybe a 304 litre/hour for this application(available from Jackson Racing). For the regulator I would probably use a rising rate boost dependent regulator.....jackson racing, stillen, vortech, all have them.:)
Thanks for the info.
