I need to somehow bend the hard brake lines that connect from the proportionary valve to the master cylinder so they'll fit up properly with the GSR master cylinder I have. Does anyone know how to properly bend the lines so they don't snap?

Also got a question on the proportionary valves..

I called up the local Honda dealer for the part numbers of the proportionary valve for my car, '98 DX Hatchback, and a '99-'00 Si and they were the same part number. Thus, can I conclude they are indeed the same parts? Meaning I wouldn't have to swap one for the other?

If they have the same part number they must be the same part...it would be too confusing to have two different parts with the same part number.

You'll need a brake line bender. I have an Imperial Eastman and it accepts 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 inch lines. You'll get this at a specialty store, not Home Depot. It was about $42.
