save you money for the rear sway bar,
i doesn't do much, not 150 bucks worth...
if you do want it though,
godspeed.hack.net
you can find the neuspeed anywhere
id get the spoon one, maybe because i think it looks prettier but for the rear one it also definitely looks sturdier....i have a Benen rear strut bar on order....but right now i have a Cusco one....Spoon would be my choice of those two...but both are good.

but you cant see a rear sway bar unless you have the car jacked up. it depends on how thick it is as to how much it will change your ride.

i was speaking of rear strut bar, not sway bar...read the topic title again.
The Prelude SH is already a pretty stiff car with good steering response, so if there are some other things that your suspension needs, I would go for those first. If you are at the point in your suspension plan for the strut bars though then it's up to your budget mainly. The Neuspeed bar is cheaper, but it's still a good bar. The Spoon bar is stiffer, but more expensive. If you want the best for your car then go with Spoon...if you don't have a big bag of money go with the Neuspeed.
