my neighbor has a 96 dx 2dr civic... he is currently changing out the steering wheel because it went off half way for no reason.. is or was their ever a recall on this problem? thanks for the help.....
recall on airbags?

call honda or go to the local dealer and ask them to run the VIN in their database for any recals.
