So I'm staying at a friend's in Ogden. He's complaining about this 90's Mitsubishi Galant that is parked on the street. It's a major eye sore. No plates. Has a for sale sign in the window. I tell him to call the cops. He doesn't want to ruffle any feathers so I make the call. It took awhile but it got towed away last Sunday.
