Remote turn on wire...

823 Views 15 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  phan
I need to find a easy spot to wire up the remote turn-on wire for the amp. It's a stock head unit. (not aftermarket). I would love to find a source in the rear. it's in a 88 CRX Si.

I have everything else tapped in, including the RCA converter.

Thanks!

Eh, Atleast I thought i would get a better answer due to CRX classification. I'll post there as well then.

it was the 2003 model, yea. the last digit stands for the year made (ie: 5422 = 2002 model, 5423 = 2003 model).

Stock head units dont have the amp turn on wire. but you can wire it into a power source that is controled by the ignition key placement. It will accomplish the same goal.
