hi everyone..
im gettin grinding sometimes when i put it in reverse... wut could be the cause of this? and yes i do push the clutch in all the way... but still it grinds.. thanks

Correct! Reverse is the ONLY sliding gear in a Honda tranny. All the rest are syncro'ed and DO NOT slide. Only the 'dogs' slide.

Anyway, either the master cylinder [clutch] or the slave [clutch] in your car is going bad and your clutch isn't fully disengaging when you push the pedal in. That's the problem, and it will only get worse. Better replace one or the other, or both, IMO...

My 1999 Honda Civic DX Hatchback use to do the same thing occassionally untill I figured out what I was doing wrong. You can try making sure you have it all the way in reverse as sometimes even though you think you have it in reverse, the gear isn't yet actually all the way in reverse, or you can put it into first, then into reverse, and you'll notice no grinding anymore.
