If I get reverse indiglo gauges, do i need iluminated pointers?

you can't get illuminated needles for a 90 accord. One thing you can do is paint them with a phosphorescent paint and mount a small UV neon up over the dash or score a couple UV LEDs. A la http://www.superhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4072
