I put a set of used tires on my 17's, they're in good shape but there's quite a bit of road noise(humming, especially when slowing down) :speaker: It's been like 10 years since i've had aftermarket wheels on a car I drive daily, so I can't really remember if it's normal or not(geez, i sound old). They're kuhmo tires with about 90% tread left. I do plan on getting brand new tires when the funds become available. What do you guys think? Is it just a bad set of tires or is this normal? Any comments would be appreciated.

definitely tire noise, i always hear em, just more prominent during decel. and yes they were originally the dudes rear tires. no my front two tires are not worn out though. i did notice by the wear pattern of his front two tires (which is now my rear tires) he had serious neg camber issues, i have a slight(normal) amount of neg camber but this dudes must have been awful. his rear tires were almost perfect but his front had pretty heavy wear on the far inside of the tire which is why i put them in the rear. don't have any shaking though, smooth just noisy. thanks guys, you know how it goes, hearing an outside opinion helps open the mind to other possibilities.

:surrender directional and yes mounted correctly. prob just the tire, i'll keep the radio on blast when i drive :taco til i upgrade shoes. Thanks guys

well, what would you guys recommend? which brand is gonna give the best grip with less noise? so i know what i should get. i'd trust you guys word over the tire sellsman because of course they're gonna throw the most expensive one at me :kick
