no they should be on when your headlights are turned on. maybe the on of the filiments is broken on each bulb or something is wrong with you wiring. try putting new bulbs in first and see what happens then
Running/Parking Light Question??
My front corner lights dont turn on when the headlights are turned on. Is this normal? The blinker works fine but I was just wondering if its normal for them to no be on all the time. Thanks!

i put my bulbs in backwards once and the blinker didnt work. maybe try fliping them.
Would it make a difference that I have Nokya Hyperlights in them?
are you sure there 1157 dual element kind?
The previous owner put them in so I dont know. Is there a way to find out if the are?

look inside the bulb. you should see 2 elements
