rust removal?

my gal just bought a 92 teg, but there's a bit of rust on the back fender....nothing bad.... is there a way to take the rust off?? maybe with a dremel and the sanding head?? worst case scenario, we'll just bring it to the bodyshop....thanx

dremel with the grinding tool, if its bad then cut it out witht he dremel cutter, jd weld (or weld) some new sheet metal there and make it flush with fiber glass bondo.
