Seat help

I got some gsr seats i want to put in my coupe but not sure how to change the rails. Does anyone know how? I just don't want to cross bolt them down or make new holes.

it shouldnt be hard. just flip the seats over and remove the rails from gsr ones and put the ones from the civic onto the gsr seats.
