what do you think about some integra springs, you can use them on your civic right?

The first step is always to get good tires.

The teg springs are usually a little stiffer than stock civic springs. A better way to solve the problem would be to get coilover sleeves with custom spring rates.

I would also think that the additional weight of the h22 would cause quite a bit of understeer, so you will need a good sized rear sway. Probably a 19mm unit. You may also need a good sized sway on the front as well. You can get oem bars at 22mm, and most aftermarket bars are 26mm.
