Here is a pic of my car...

My popper is inside the door, so it is very hard take a picture of it.....sorry...

You must have 2 extra channels on your alarm to do the pop door function... One per each door..

yea i would like to see more pictures too!

thinking of shaving my civic
Installaion of the door poper is not a joke. The installation is easy but the routing of the cable is hard. I had to welded mine which wasn't easy because the area was so thight. There wern't a lot of room to work with. If the cable is not in the right position, the cable will get stuck once you pop it. With all the ideas that I used in my installation (which non worked), I'm sure you're going to have to do some welding also. You can roll down the windows if popping is not an option for you.

maybe this is a silly question....but....what if for some reason your battery dies...are you locked out of your car? is there some kinda of failsafe switch that will unlock and pop the door manually?
just a thought, always wondered...
I'm sure before a battery run out, there's still enough power to pop the door. But for back up, have a spare key in you wallet so you can enter through the trunk if you got lock outside.

Thats if you dont decide to shave your trunk door handle as well, which I will be doing, but oh well if worst comes to worst ill just call up the guy that hooked it up and im sure hell know how to get back in...HAHA
If you plan to shave your trunk key hole also, you're going to really be in big trouble. That's the back up way to get inside when you're stuck outside. You know that once you shave your door handle, you can't slim jim no more. Unless you really have too, leave the trunk key hole alone(my opinion).
This guy has some good 'just incase' ideas when it comes to shaving door handles.
