I noticed today that my shifter is bending towards the drivers side where it should be bending towards the back? I am not sure if that is correct or not? Is it suppose to be bent towars the back or towards the driver?
the first thing i noticed when i went to check out the del sol i bought a month ago was the shifter, it didnt feel straight up and down but it felt like it was leaned towards me a bit, i just assumed its stock that way and it feels rather comfortable if you ask me
I wasnt thinking of making it straight up and down, but lean it towards the back, Im going to be cutting it about 2 inches so it would be low, i dont think a bend towards me would help if its shorter than how it is now.
If your shifter is bent try stroking with other hand to get it to go other direction and cut down on your frequency. If you're thinking of cutting it shorter you should see a mental doctor. Don't bend it back cuz then you'll shoot your load in your own face.
