Please let me know how you like(d) it. I'm still a little curious, but video games are taking up most of my TV time. So I'm not totally in the mindframe of starting up another title right now.

I don't know its starting off pretty slow and jumping around alot. i wish it would tell 1 back story then goto the next

thats the style its jumping forwards and back in time. when u watch the whole thing the pieces fall in place somewhat

I've finally gotten around to watching it. I think I'm through 7 or 8 episodes.

It's definitely not a light hearted comedic view of the Edo Period in Japan. This is not Naruto or Champloo. If you liked the Ninja Scrolls, then you might enjoy Shigurui.

It goes into the arcane and fantastic. It also has some graphic scenes of eroticism (BOOBIES!). The story itself is actually pretty intricate, aand covers topics of: fealty, rivalry, politicial intrigue, etc.

Not sure if i'll ever watch it again, but so far I'm enjoying it.
