dose anyone here know how to install a short shifter i took a look at my shifter i thought it would be easy and it look hard as hell i dont want to mess with it because i dont know what im doing so can anyone help me out

its actually very easy.
take off your knob
take out the center console (six screws)
pull the rubber gasket off
get under your car undo the bolt holding you existing shifter in
the linkage will drop
ther are 2 bolts that you need to undo after you unhook the linkage.
your shifter will pull through the opening.
take off rubber
grease up the new one put rubber on and perform reverse order of removeing.
see not too bad took me like 15-20 minutes.
