I plan on keeping my Prelude with 100K and doing everything necessary to keep it performing as if it were new.. Post any suggestions, comments, or any opinions on this subject..

If you haven't changed your timing belt get that done ASAP.
Might want to check out the water pump and the tensioner(?) while you're at it.
Change the manual transmission fluid with Honda MTF.
Change spark plugs.
Other than that I would go at your discretion, if you have an excessively noisy valvetrain you might need to get those adjusted.

It might be a good idea to flush your coolant and service your brakes as well, but like I said- at your discretion.

Just follow your Prelude's scheduled maintainance plan and you shouldn't have any problems. My Prelude has over 120K on the odometer and it's still running strong.
