Most around here have standard tint.
Well, I don't know if you guys have Ziebart in the USA, if you do they have tons of tint selections, and a lifetime gaurentee on the job. They cost a little more thsn others I think, but the gaurentee is worth it alone.
Most tint places should have a life time guarantee. The silver comes from the metalic content in the tint. The more metal(usually titanium in the good quatlity tint) the more reflective/silver looking it will be. You might also be able to find some with a mylar like finish to it which will look like the old mirrored sunglasses.
