Do a search man. Chips are bad simply because they are not programmed specifically for YOUR car, with it's motor, and the mods on that motor.
They tend to disable important sensors in the progress.
Save for a real fuel management system such as a Hondata, hell, even the Uberdata. If those are too sophisticated for anything you ever want to do, then just get a VAFC and have it dyno tuned. That's still more reliable.
if you've got a DOHC VTEC motor w/ skunk2 cams, then the skunk2 chip will work great. it would need some fine tuning w/ a VAFC, but for the most part, that chip is effin awesome if you've got their cams.
