skunk2 stage1 cams vs itr ctr cams

I would like all opinions on thease for smog ,reliability,and hp gains.price I know the ctr and itr are much cheaper but it looks like the skunks give much better gains,and they were both made for honda engines hmmmmmmmm help me out thanks.

The Skunk2's have a higher lift and longer duration, so they make more power. Worth the extra $$$. My$.02

I dont have them on my car, but a lot of my friends have them on theirs, they seem to like them alot so i would go with them if i were you
