it looks like San Andreas, i saw a demo of it, i forgot with wut movie/game.

there's a bunch of gangsters, snoop is shooting drive-by style, they crash, the gangsters from that hood swarm towards the car and snoop crouches and takes out a few of them...

i will play it. anyone play him in True Crimes??
