if your not familuar (? spelling) tunning amplifiers and hooking these products up (head unit, amps, component speakers etc.) then yes, it's better to have a professional install it. better if they're MECP certified. (Mobile Electronics Certification Program) and no, i wouldn't have them just run wires......i'd do it all at once. (easier on the installer) and yes, if you amp your interior speakers it will make a day and night diffrence in the sound quality of your mids-highs. cause even though a radio might say 50x4 or 60x4.......it's realy 18x4 rms. wich realy aint shit. :rolleyes by amping you interior speakers your more than doubling the power to the speakers........and amp power to me is like horsepower........you can never have enough. :bomb but that way the radio is only the signal source, and not both power & signal. hope this helps you :byye
