swaping auto to manual problems

I got a 94 accord body. I'm putting a 94 h23 non-vtec prelude si motor in it.
where the speed sensor plugs to the tranny (MT) underneath it there are 2 nipples for coolant or air??? which one?? and why does it need coolant or air there??? one is slightly larger than the other so, if its coolant, which way does it flow??

Those two lines go to the power steering pressure control valve and the gain control valve. In a Prelude the steering's pressure is controlled by the spped of the car.. ie... when stopped more steering pressure = easier to turn the wheel, when going fast less pressure = better road feel.... I love Honda engineering...
