Whats the difference between Desmond's RegaMaster EVO, and Spoon's SW388. The design is the same. I have heard that SW388 are made from magnesium as opposed to the RegaMaster from aluminium. According to Spoon's site, their SW388 is also made from aluminium. Whats the wheel deal?

Yep. They're the exact same wheel...made by desmond...except the spoons have spoon stickers on them :).

Oh, and as to your last question, they're both forged alum alloy...

Absolutely not...

They may look the same, but the desmonds are much better quality. Plus they're forged aluminum alloy instead of cast aluminum alloy like the slipstreams, making the desmonds lighter AND stronger.
ok, thanks for that guys, but if desmonds and spoon are identical, how come the 15" 8 weighs 3.88kg, and the 15" desmond weighs 4.4kg? I think spoon is trying to out sell desmond!
