starting issue '89 crx

hi I'm new on this forum and new to hondas. My son has a "89 crx si with a '95 D16z6 engine. Sometimes it won't start. The code I see (no check engine light) is 1 and 9 Any ideas where to look? What is a cyp sensor? Thanks for your help.

cyp sensor is the cylinder position sensor and code number one is the oxygen sensor i would check the connects for loose connections. beyond that i cant tell you where the cylinder pos sensor is though lol sorry
