stop lights: where is the fuse?

help my stop lights (brake lights) don t work anymore ive tried everything and it seems that its a dead fuse but where is it ? its not with the others down the steering wheel so where?

most of the fuse box are under the hood, under the dash and in the ... i dont know the word in english I think is the trunk.

under dash, should say rear tail lights or something. if by chance its not there, its under the hood, but i'm sure its under the dash.
