The b18c motor can accept a pretty good number of boost and make a lot of power. My idea would be to get a rev hard turbo. But, if money is a problem, a custom turbo kit made by you would work well also.

What you should look for is a good manifold. In your case, im guessing there isn't much room in front of the block (between radiator and motor) to hold a nice equal length manifold etc. So make sure that if you get a kit, it will fit your car. If it won't, custom will work just fine.

good luck, any more questions, just PM me

Just get the gen 3 kit. you can run 9 psi stock on your motor.
Hey there ignent bastad, (sweet name) how's that b18c feel with the increased weight in your rex compared to your stock engine? Is there any considerable nose dive or a slight difference while turning corners?

appreciate the info!

The block can handle that much boost stock??? I guess thats with an upgraded fuel system though....

Any kit will do.
exactly.

the driver gets what he or she wants out of their set-up by their tuning, etc.

basically, take good care of your turbo car and it will take good care of you.
Nothing to contribute, but the screen name ignent bastad made me laugh out loud :)

yeah it can handle that much boost. 9 only though. don't go to 10. all i have for fuel so far is the vortech fmu 10:1.
the block can handle twice as much as that
So whats the weakest link then? rods? pistons? anything else?

so do you mean on stock internals?
Yes, he means stock internals, with the aid of a blockguard and a perfect tuning via DFI(matt's fav), Hondata or another standalone. Fuel and ignition upgrades are a given.
The weakest link...it depends. Poor tuning could lead to detonation, too much fuel could saturate and lead to ring failure, poor construction could spin something loose...etc. There really is no way to tell what will happen first.
