i think it depends on what you are going to do with your car. if it is just a street car then you do not need those expensive strut bars. but if you are doing like autocrossing or something, then you should go with the good stuff like spoon, mugen, or benen industries. i have a dc sports front strut bar and rear lower tie bar and thats good enough for the street i think. though i have heard that dc sports suck, but i still think it is pretty stiff. hope this helps:D
Whatever you do DO NOT GET A DC SPORTS bar. They suck, plain and simple. They put those stupid holes in them and that weakens them. Benen makes good stuff, Mugen, Spoon, I heard the Neupseed bar is pretty good too.
or check out the JDM type-r bars, i have both upper front and rear, looks nice and does its job, plus the rear comes with directions on how to cut holes into the strut covers so the could be put back on

Yeah I'm just planning to use it for a street car like an everyday car. I'm not gonna race ma car cuz i love it too much...:D However, I am planning to dress up my engine so the strut bar might add a lil touch up on the engine compartment. But thanks for u'r help...

where can i find out the price on the jdm bars? i tried looking for it but i got no luck man. do they come in reds also? thanks 4 the help man...
spoon strut bars run from $170-$200
mugen strut bars run like $240+ i think
you can find them at www.optauto.com
www.jdmhondaparts.com
www.kingmotorsports.com
www.randdmotorsports.com

you might be able to find some on ebay too. just search for "integra strut bar" or "spoon strut bar" just make sure that the strut bars on ebay are real and not a look-a-like

hope this helps:D
oem itr and comptech are the best
I have the OBX strut bar and like it, it's pretty stiff. It's also the best bang for the buck strut bar for a G2 with ABS.

since its for street then you dont have to spend alot of money on a strut bar. try going you local import shop and asking for a generic one. hehe i got mines for $15 and its been pretty good, well worth the price but im going to get a comptech strut bar later cause ill be upgrading all my suspension soon.
i aint gonna lie, i got a 25 dollar strut bar. but it works fine for me, i felt a big differnce driving my favorite on ramp to get on the toll road. if your not going to track why waste the money, buy something else with the spare cash. if your gunnin for scca spend the cash money for mugen or spoon, much better for your car than obx.

not true. alot of peeps say that just because its oem. im surprised no one has brought up the Neuspeed bar. they are fairly affordable(well..the front one is anyway..). the reason they are the best is because instead of attaching to the shock towers, neuspeed bars attach to the control arms!.

as far as the rear bar, i think they are all made the same. I personally have a JDM ITR rear bar. i got it for a good price
If your going to invest your money into strut bars I would highly recommend Benen Industries. I personally love there products, trust me its worth every penny!

BOX strut bar suck, that is the exact strut bar I had for my 93 Integra(sold). I felt no difference with the box in there. Waste of $50. I suggest Neuspeed, Spoon, and the other better brand name one.
You get what you pay for. I had a Tenzo bar on by last integra but after it was wrecked i spent the money for a Spoon and it is so much better. Spend the extra $100 and you won't be disapointed, especially if you autocross at all.

well its hard to find a specific strut bar that fits around the abs system on a 90-93 integra. so the choices for g2integrity were pretty limited, neuspeed has one only for g2's without abs, and i don't believe spoon or mugen has one for the g2's. so g2integrity had to make best of what they offered on the market. i also have a 90 integra with abs and believe me it isn't easy finding a good strut bar when no companies make one to go around the abs system.

oh yeah its spelled OBX...not box

FYI, OEM does not connect to the shock tower like all other aftermarkets. It connects to the frame of the car like the Neuspeeds. However, the neuspeeds do not conenct to the control arms. Anything that connect to control arms are Sway bars. Strut bars are for the frame of the car.
