MY experience is as follows: LOW=stock, MID=Neuspeed Sport (or similar progressive rate springs) and Koni shocks, HIGH=either Skunk2 or GC coilovers with springs in the range of 400f/500r on Koni shocks. Other brands of shocks I cannot vouch for. Both my Civic and CRX are on Skunk/Koni and the Prelude is on Neuspeed Sport/Koni.
Just my experience
JUST GET SOME DROP SPRINGS, I KINDA REGRET MY GC'S BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER GET THE HEIGHT RIGHT, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TESTING SOME PROGRESSIVE SPRINGS WITH KYB NON ADJUSTABLES ON ANOTHER CRX AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THAT TURNS OUT
