Do the SW388 or even theDesmond RegaMaster EVO wheels use hub centric rings, or is it possible to get some for them?

you need to determine the gap that exists and then go and buy generic rings that fill it.

(diameter of wheel's center bore) - (the diameter of the car's axle hub) = (the thickness of the hub ring)
