Is it possible to switch from a 6th gen accord sedan bumper to a 6th gen coupe bumper? or would it be more of a hassle?

Yes, you can, but you'll also need to swap hoods or else you'll have gaps.

a gap in where? a gap near the middle? if there is a gap in the middle, can you put a custom grill on it so there won't be any gaps?

A gap where the side pillars go up to meet the hood. Ain't no custom grill gonna cover it up.
