...where the longer blade goes? passenger or drivers side?

I don't know if they are backwards or what, but something is not right. I should of never taken the damn things off.

If you forgot to look in a maual or something when you were buying it, it lists what size should be on which side. But yeah, the longer one goes on the drivers side. Couldn't you have taken them off and compared them to the new ones, or just not taken it off and compared it by laying them side by side?

It's EXTREMELY rare to have a longer blade on the passenger side of any car. SOmetimes they are teh same length but almost always the driver is longer. Just the nature of wiper systems.

The manual doesn't state the size which is strange.

One more favor...........

I switched the blades so the longer one would be on the drivers side and it's still not looking right.

Can someone tell me which wiper arm (the metal arm that connects to the car) goes on what side? One is a little longer than the other by about 4 inches. I bet I have those on backwards as well.

Generally the longer arm goes on passenger side wiper. It's like this:

Short arm/long blade = driver side
Long arm/short blade = passenger side

I work for a wiper manufacturer, that's pretty much the standard.
