taking off front bumper, 96 Accord

Question: How do you take off the front bumper off the 96 Accord? I need to either change or clean my CAI. I just moved so I dont trust any mechanics just yet. Any help or web-pages with how to's? thanks

yes, check my black housing headlight how-to, it's in there.
