tanabe racing medalion exhaust???

That thing is SO DAMN LOUD! It sounds nice, dont get me wrong! But that thing is OBNOXIOUSLY loud! My brother's friend just installed one on his 2000 prelude, and even with the silencer, it is still at least 3 times as loud as my Greddy EVO! I would suggest to go with something more mellow....unless you want to be on hearing aid at the age of 25....

Tanabe racing Medallion

My friend I just put a Tanabe on my civic Ex and the noise is beyond belief, but performance improved tremendously.

tanabe is good, but i think very highly over-rated. OBX makes one identical to it, and it's pure noise, I had a tanabe on mine (before going supercharged) and i lost a lot of backpressure which meant more horses, but lacked faster acceleration. Made it sluggish, though it sounded great.

nebody got a wav file of the exhaust? i got a 2k ex and im slappin on a tanabe rm next week... how do u like it? ur input is appriciated! thanks

i have a rm on my civic is its my fav exhaust for civics they shure looks the best imo and its not THAT loud

Get a Thermal or get a custom bent one with a magnaflow muffler...either option will be better than the TRM

the RM is great, I say stay with it and enjoi

you will have major prolbems sterring and it will be hell on your front end go with a b16a or b18a

omg the h22a isn't THAT big, seriously nothing that an upgraded suspension can't handle. i think i read it's only like 80 pounds heavier or something like that. just get some stiffer shocks upfront, it's not nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

i like the tanabe racing medallion but they dont make it for my car =P

someone makes a knock off universal muffler of it. get that and some custom piping and see how it sounds

OBX makes a universal, it's the same exact design, with silencer and everything... look into it because it does the same exact thing, make a lot of noise. Especially at low end.

Wuts the difference with the Super RM and regular RM?
