Eh, I was wondering, on performance and sound comparison between these two exhaust. Is the Tanabe Super Medalion exactly like the RM only smaller and a little quieter. The Skunk2 look tight and was my first choice beside 5Zigen. Thanks for the feedback!

right now skunk2/rsr exhaust isn't made for coupes, they only have 2 models, 94-99 integra, and 92-95 hatch back, the hatch back exhaust will also fit a 96-00 hatch if you have a swap or ex header and cat

my friend went up to tacoma night races and in stock on the shelf was a 92-95 Honda Civic Skunk2 Full Catback! I see what you mean though cause Skunk2 doesn't really make anything for 5th Generation Civics. it sucks too cause i like skunk2 and can't buy there products. go here to see skunk2 for my year. www.wholesalehyperformance.com
although i'm not going to pay $800 bucks for a catback.

I don't want to get the tanabe RM exhaust to loud for me. But I like to tone and performance of it, and if the SM is just like the RM than I will get the SM exhaust. Cause I'm hoping that the SM exhaust is just like the RM only a little quieter and still performs the same. A little smaller than the RM too cause I saw a RM on 5th generation civic and it was to big. If i can't decide i'm just goin to say screw it and get 5Zigen Fireball!

Actually, I have the new Super Medalion. It is LOUD!!! They used a thin Stainless steel to build the whole thing so more sound gets out! Go to their website, it explains the other differences too. I have a 97 civic 4-door EX and it fits perfect. Not too short or too long. Also, mine has a 100mm tip as opposed to the 90mm tip on the racing medalion. My friend bought the racing medalion a while back and I just got the super medalion and mine is bigger. HA HA:D

I have the old style RS*R exhaust i my car, and want to convert to the Skunk2 *aka Invidia RS*R* exhaust. But does it give me power on the low-mid end like mine does now? And how does it sound? It looks like a headache starter. Someone is selling a brand new Skunk2 exhaust for the 92-95 hb, I just want the muffler so I can replace the one I have now since this one is very heavy.

I heard skunk2's exhaust is a mix between the RM and Evo by Greddy. Who knows, I guess everyones ears hear different things. I'm just goin to go with 5-Zigen. I like the sound of it, and it looks good and hopefuly performs. Skunk2 looks tight though, and I have hella trust in Skunk2. RS*R is tyte!

I got the Skunk 2.

I just got the Skunk 2 exhaust for my 2000 EX coupe and the exhaust is sweet. I do not have it on yet but it will go on as soon as it starts to get warm. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

Later,

Wow you got the skunk2 *aka RS*R Invidia*! Damn I'm jealous. Well kinda since I got the original RS*R. But wanted the Invidia because of the new look and its light weight *I think*. Is the muffler part light? My freakin muffler is heavy as a motha. Please let me know how it sounds. Thats my main question. And pics. Sound clips would be terrific. and what car are you going to put it on? I would buy it if it was made for 96-00' Civic 2dr. But from what I know 92-95 hb civic/94+ integra.
