H is best for allmotor NA, simply because it has a large displacement advantage over B series, and No engine is best for boost, it depends on how much money you wanna sink into your project. Cheapest for the best power, find a B18, re ring it, and boost and tune for 230hp with a B16 tranny and B16 head.
