In my home town there is a lot of generation 2 (90-93) integras rolling around, most with minor mods. I have found these cars to be my nemesis when it comes to races. I beat one by 1/2 a car when we both had intakes, then I walked all over a stock one when I got my exhaust on. However, my friend has one with i/h/e and cam gears and he pulls me by 1 car. Are these cars supposed to have the same kind of performance as our accords? Has anyone else experienced races with gen 2 integras?

it is lighter, umm depends on the year and model of gen 2. The 90-91 is only 130hp where has the 92-93 is 140 in RS, LS, and GS spec, and a good 160hp in GSR spec. It shouldn't be to hard to take him. I took out a 5 speed 95 LS 4 door with I/H/E while my car was a 1992 Honda Accord 4 door LX 5 speed with only intake. They aren't to much of a threat.
