Haven't found any T/B plates on ebay. Wanting to save some money and bore my T/B to match my Skunk2 I/M. The I/M will support a 65mm T/B, but if I bore, my open/close plate obviously wont match the new diameter of the T/B. ANy suggestions of where to get a plate....or just buy a new T/B all together....(Turbo prep)

Are talking about TB spacers? Waste of money on Hondas, just get your TB port matched to your intake manifold.

I mean if I port match to the I/M like I want...the inner diameter of the T/B will be enlarged. But the plate that opens and closes inside the T/B attached to the throttle cable is still going to remain the same size. Therefore, there will be a circular space around my stock throttle plate as it is not the same diameter as the new bored t/b.

Ya thats the one...butterfly valve.

I guess its tough to find butterfly valves by themselves for larger bores.

A guy on H-T will bore your TB out 3mm and supply a new valve, as well as clean it up really well, for $100 shipped with something like a 3-day turnaround. Lots of happy customers.
