Depends on what yoru goal is.

Keep in mind that the Spoon jammy just tapers from 70 mm to 62 mm if I remember correctly. In theory to create velocity similar to the venturi effect. And that any TB needs to be matched (IE stock to stock) or port matched to the IM for optimum flow.

62mm does more than fine for the masses and even extreme enthusiasts.

Think of it this way, your motor even with extremely agressive cams (NA) can only ingest so much air.

we need more info. is it a gsr? ls? is the exhaust and intake manifold the only mods? unless it is heavily boosted 70mm is too big. If you make it too big it slows down the speed of the air going into the engine. If you have cams and other upgrades you could go with a 62mm.

62mm is just fine for you most likely. TBs work just like exhaust piping - go too big and you lose flow velocity. 62mm is also stock ITR size by the way.

1Greyteg I've missed you!!! :)
