I have a 93 Civic Si with a 94-97 Integ. GSR swap. My question is the rpms stay at 2000 but when I tap the gas pedal outwards the rpms go down to normal. I already sprayed the throttle cable with WD-40 and still the rpms still go up and drop very slowly. Also when I start up the car in the morning the rpms drop all the way down to the point were they car will turn off if I dont give it gas. Is it because the motor is cold? the car never did this until recently. I changed the ECU but they tell me it should have nothing to do with it. any thoughts?
