What size tires would fit on 18s for my civic? Also, just to make sure, the wheels should be 18x7 right? NOT 18x7.5?

the tires should be 215/35-18
i dont know about the rims but i'm guessing 18x7.5

215x35x18.
7.5 and 45 offset.
