To fellow who has TEIN HR coilovers

What do you guys think the condition of this coilovers
They are rughly 10000 km on it for like 1.5 years old~~ ( which i doubt, only had 1000km on it.. should be more than that)
pics are for passenger side front and back only~

Just want to hear some comments before i purchase it
from the pics you can tell one of the spring gone bad has a little rust~ but it's not a big deal isn't it? and for the brown stuff on the thread of the shockbody "is NOT rust....it's just anti-seize" HE SAID.
