oh yeah...it will lower the car about 1.5 inches.

You need an alignment after any and ALL suspension changes.
Even installing some H&R OESport springs that only lower your car like 3/4 of an inch, you'd still want an aligment.
You might not need a camber kit, but you'd need an alignment.

Not a clue. The shop will have the factory specs and they'll set it there.
If you find a really good shop, you would probably be able to tell them to set it up more for performance, rather than just blindly following factory specs.
